Larger items above the maximum permissible parcel weight and size carried by Australia post, will be shipped via courier within Australia.
You may choose your own carrier to pick up goods from our store, 24 hours notice is required prior to pick up and the goods must have been paid for in full via direct debit and funds must be cleared, or cash on pick up is acceptable, overseas orders that are picked up by your own courier will require 28 days confirmed clearance of funds prior to pick up to avoid fraudulent transactions, we apologise for this delay but due to us having been defrauded on several occasions we will not change this rule.
All goods over $100 will require you to take out Insurance, should you decline to take out insurance we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
Goods picked up by your own courier, will not be insured by us, nor will we accept responsibility for loss or damage caused in transit by your courier company, please ensure you arrange your own insurance.
We certify that all goods shipped will be as described and in working order.
Note Seasonal delays:
It is usual for deliveries to take longer than usual during the Christmas rush season, we suggest ordering any item you require before Christmas to be ordered and paid for no later than the 10th of December for orders within Australia, and we suggest an order date of the 30th of November for overseas delivery, any orders received after that date may be delayed, we will not be held responsible for any delays, nor will we issue a refund for goods received late.
